The event will have many options available to competing crews, the feature event will be the Hilary’s Boutique Hotel Marysville Stages Marathon which will have 380 km competitive distance to be run during Saturday, Saturday Night and Sunday for the absolute bargain price of $475. So if you after a true challenge with a rally based only an hour or so from Melbourne then this is it.
Other events that will be running over the weekend in conjunction will be the Escort Memorial Rally which will be 100km competitive to be run on Saturday, the Marysville Stages (VCRS) which is the first round of the 2013 Victorian Club Rally Series to be run on Saturday night with 130km competitive, the FFCC Camcrusher Introductory Trial also to be run on Saturday night with 80km competitive and the Anglia Memorial Rally with 90km competitive to be run on Sunday. There should be a rally over the weekend to suit any prospective competitor.
Clerk of Course, John Roberts, commented: “The roads around Marysville are magical, they have everything that a rally crew could want, fast and flowing to tight and technical. I wish I was competing.
“We are going to offer crews a real challenge with a couple of long stages (around 50km), a couple of short blasts and everything in between, and all the while keeping the level of fun to a maximum.”
