Driver Skills Australia’s major sponsor Britz, are proud to support young South Australian driver Michael Busby at the fourth round of the 2012 Bosch Australian Rally Championship in Adelaide on July 27 - 29.
With the Drivers Skills Australia (DSA) Motorsport Team sponsoring Busby, it was a natural fit for Britz to come on board.
Busby and his crew will be enjoying the creature comforts of a top of the range Britz campervan in their service area. It will provide a clean and dry place for crew briefings and much earned rest stops for Busby and his co-driver - perfect for a recharge in between the high speed stages of each rally.
“As a national company, it was important to us to ensure who we sponsored was a good fit with our company culture and that of our partners,” said Mark Butcher, CEO of Driver Skills Australia.
Britz were happy to come on board after working with Driver Skills Australia in creating a road safety video that is viewed by all hirers before heading out on their holiday adventure. “For our company and motorsport team, safety is of the utmost important,” said Butcher. “It is this that attracted Britz to working with our company and supporting our young driver mentoring program."
Busby and the team are looking forward to racing and providing plenty of big action for all the spectators. “Our goals are set and we are confident of achieving a great result,” said Busby. “We also want to gain as much exposure as we can for both Driver Skills Australia and Britz."
Britz Australia is excited about joining Mark and the DSA Motorsport team in supporting Michael at the fourth round of the 2012 Bosch Australian Rally Championship in Adelaide.
