Joint statement from Octagon and CAMS "We are deeply saddened to report that there has been a fatality at Targa Adelaide this afternoon on the Clarendon stage.
It was a single car incident on Main Road at Chandlers Hill.
We are currently working with the relevant authorities and will provide further information once next of kin have been advised.
The second person in the car suffered soft tissue injuries, and has been taken to hospital for observation."
