2016 Australian Rally Championship regular, Chris Higgs, will have a change of co-driver for round four of the series, the Lightforce Rally SA.

Penny’s place in the left-hand seat will be taken by the experienced driver / co-driver, Steve Glenney.

“When Kirra and I first talked about doing the ARC, I said to her that school comes first,” Higgs told RallySport Magazine.

“With the SA ARC being a week before her Year 11 exams, we have made the decision for her not to do SA.

“We decided to use the opportunity to get someone with a lot of experience in the car, as Kirra and I have just come off some good results.”

The choice to get Steve Glenney in the car is a smart one, with the South Australian local a former winner of the event, and someone who has vast experience on both sides of the car.

Higgs and Penny currently lie fifth in the Australian Rally Championship in their Subaru WRX.
