Heat one has provided plenty of ups and downs for the Hilary's Hotel Rally Team with crew Will Orders and Toni Feaver finishing a credible 4th outright during today's competition.

The heat got off to a rocky start with the Nissan Silvia S13 suffering fuel injection problems. "We drove off to stage one Friday night and half way there the car started to misfire and break down, so we had to miss the first two stages due to the issue so that put us on the back foot before we even started" stated Will.

With the issue fixed thanks to the help of many, namely the Honda crew and Jack Monkhouse, the Nissan was ready to hit the forest Saturday morning. With 9 stages the day got off on the right foot with a second outright time on the days first stage.

Will and Toni pushed hard all day, with the Silvia performing faultlessly along the way they settled in to 4th outright for heat one.

"We're very happy to have finished today, considering the penalties from last nights result and to come away with 4th I'm really pleased" said Will.

The crew and the car are now ready for Sundays heat two, which starts in Mount Pleasant 7:30am

Will, Toni and the crew would like to thank other sponsors: Freak Motorsport Fabrications, JJM Turbo World, Holinger Engineering, Penrite Oils, Pedders Suspension and Rallyschool.com.au
