Richie Dalton has taken out the North Shore Sporting Car Club's Volksmuller Rallysprint, driving his Ford Fiesta Proto.
Just a week after the National Capital Rally, the Sydney Dragway based event attracted an impressive field of over 50 competitors.
Dalton was co-driven by his wife, Louise, who was sitting in a rally car for the first time and did an admirable job.

The Daltons won the event 13 seconds from the Subaru Impreza WRX of Mick Harding and John Hill, with Neal and Harry Bates coming home third in dad's Toyota Celica RA40.
The top five was round out by Brett Maloney (Lancer Evo 2) and Michael O'Hagen in a Ford Escort RS1800.
