If that’s his/her thoughts than we should immediately remove state rounds from being run in conjunction with any ARC round, and let him see what a joke the ARC has become. Who would go and pay to watch 15 cars at an ARC round and have some of those cars DNF?
Also, out of those 15 cars some drivers only have half the package, the budget, not the talent and wouldn't even keep up with the front runners at state level, which regulary gets shown by stage times from the state competitors.
The ARC needs to return to its previous programme, by running longer stages as well as night stages to put the emphasis back on consistancy and reliability, rather than having the money to rebuild fragile cars after 20km competitive.
Looks like if “Flat in 5th” has any thing to do with the ARC, than state rallying is where the future lies.
