They finished two minutes and seven seconds ahead of the Subaru of Mark Higgins and Rory Kennedy, with the similar Impreza of Eugene Donnelly and Paul Harris third.
Loeb doubled his 40 second overnight advantage within three stages on the second day, with Higgins maintaining second and staying on course for top points in the Irish Tarmac Championship.
The Donegal Rally had 150 starters, with a staggering 50 more competitors making up the list of reserves which didn’t get a start.
Loeb was competing in Ireland to get a feel for the stages ahead of November’s Rally of Ireland, which is a round of the WRC for the first time this year.
