Leading Victorian Rally Championship competitor, Warren Lee, took a gamble on the recent Ada River Rally by testing a new Dunlop rally tyre.
The gamble quickly paid off, with Lee taking the new and untested Dunlop DZ87RW to a six second victory in Leg 1 of the event.
"These tyres are amazing," Lee said after the rally.
"They provided fantastic turn in and they give great confidence immediately."
He was so impressed with them that he left the same set on, and abandoned the comparison with another brand for Leg 2, further improving to win by 45 seconds.
