The new club is pleased to have Ben Ruggles Motorsport on board as the series sponsor for the NSW Classic Rally Car Challenge 2007. Ben has been very supportive of NSW and ACT rallying over recent years and has offered a brand new set of Silverstone rally tyres to the inaugural winner of the challenge.
The inaugural 2007 NSW Classic Rally Car Challenge promises to be an exciting series for competitors looking for affordable, competitive classic rallying with a close social aspect.

The Challenge rules have been developed with the ethos of Australian Classic Rallying, as determined by CAMS, in mind. In this regard it is predominantly about enjoying cars of the classic era and showcasing those that have special heritage.

It will be necessary to register for the challenge in order to score points. Information on the registration form will also assist with information of intending competitors for future events and planning.
Events for 2007 include some of the best rally roads available in NSW. Areas such as Lithgow, Bega, Batemans Bay, Port Macquarie and Buladelah.
Vehicle eligibility for the 2007 Challenge will be according to the 2007 C.A.M.S manual for classic rally cars. No other criteria will be applied. It is expected, however, that all competing vehicles will be presented in a complete and respectable manner.
