Sebastien Ogier and Julien Ingrassia will be at Citroen in 2019. A simple announcement video was made public on social media ending months of speculation as to where Ogier would sign. "I'm really enthusiastic about the prospect of taking on this new challenge with Citroen," Ogier told Autosport. "In fact, I can't wait, especially as I haven't forgotten that this is the team that first gave me the opportunity to compete in the world championship." The now five-time World Champion left the team at the end of 2011 to seek greener pastures with Volkswagen before joining M-Sport. The French maker's Citroen C3 WRC has had its fair share of issues, but Ogier is confident. "I am convinced that the car has definite potential and I have great faith in the people at Satory," he told Autosport.
