Rallycross continues its re-introduction into the Australian motorsport scene with the running of the next heat of Australian Rallycross at the Raleigh circuit near Coffs Harbour this weekend.  Will Orders is ready for the rallycross event this weekend. (Photo: Paul Mollison)The previous rallycross event was successfully held at Lakeside, Queensland just two weeks ago, and featured a strong field of local rally stars, plus the appearance of Justin Dowel and Will Orders in their rally cars.  The two Victorian drivers are again featuring this weekend at Raleigh, with Dowel running his familiar Hyundai i20 Proto rally car .  Will Orders is driving Techsport's purpose- built Lancer Evo 8 rallycross car, the same vehicle in which Steve Glenney won the New Zealand International Rallycross event at Tauranga this year.  The series organisers are keen to bring this popular and exciting form of motorsport to the southern states, and discussions are now taking place regarding venues in Sydney and Melbourne.
