An excellent way to sample what tarmac rallying has to offer is to join the Touring section of the Lake Mountain Sprint with crews able to get a taste for the type of terrain to expect on a rally stage within a controlled environment with minimal alterations required to your road car. The Touring section covers the same stages as the competition cars with a leader to keep the pace respectable.
