Ferraris, Porsches, Jaguars and many other exotic models in an expected field of around 200 entries will line up along The Parade in inner-suburban Norwood on Saturday night 21 November.
Their appearance at the Norwood Street Party will be in addition to the traditional Friday night Gouger Street Party in Adelaide’s restaurant precinct and is expected to attract a similar-size crowd of around 30,000.
The 13th annual Classic Adelaide be will be run on 18-22 November, featuring competitive and non-competitive classes for historic, classic and sports cars of all ages. Entries for Australian competitors close on 30 October.
The Norwood Street Party will enhance Classic Adelaide’s mix of daytime motorsport and nighttime social events, which makes it popular with entrants from overseas and around Australia.
“We’re delighted to have been invited by the City of Norwood, Payneham and St Peters Council to bring our beautiful cars to the Norwood Street Party. I’m sure the public will enjoy another opportunity to see them up-close and I know our entrants will love putting them on display,†event Chairman David Edwards said.

Norwood Mayor Councillor Robert Bria said Classic Adelaide would add a spectacular attraction to the street party.
“The Norwood Street Party and Classic Adelaide will be a great combination for the public. The open-air atmosphere of dining, wining and admiring some magnificent cars promises a great evening for thousands of Adelaidians,†Cr Bria said.
