With just a month before they ship their two Nissan Silvias to the United States, Australia’s Summit Innovations Rally Team have launched a range of supporters packages.
The packages are aimed at getting rally fans to follow the team’s progress throughout their four-event program in the USA, and also offer businesses the chance to become corporate partners with the team.
Starting at less than $100, Summit Innovations Rally Team supporters will receive a merchandise pack including team t-shirt, stubby holder, cap and pen, as well as admission to team functions in Australia, regular emails and live blogs, and pre-arranged Skype sessions with team drivers Will Orders and Ross Allan.
According to Summit Innovations Managing Director, Hilary Evans, the excitement is building between those in the team, and their many supporters.
“We have a tremendous program that includes three rounds of the 2012 Rally America series, as well as competing in the internationally acclaimed Pikes Peak Hill Climb,” Evans said.
“Our team have been working around the clock over the past few weeks to ensure that the two Nissans are ready to leave Australia in ‘ready to rally’ condition.
“This is an exciting program, and our supporter packages are priced to encourage both individuals and businesses to get on board and follow Will and Ross as they take on the best rally drivers in America.”
The team have also recently announced that they will conduct a spectator tour to the final round of the Rally America series, the New England Forest Rally in Maine. The tour will conclude with two days sightseeing in iconic New York.
