After a successful 2019 season, Victoria's Glen Raymond has sold his Lancer Evolution 9 and made another, surprising, purchase for his 2020 thrills. Raymond won the 2019 NSW Rally Championship, but it was a season that ended in controversy at the final event in October. However, he won't be back to defend his title this year. "I've got nothing to report this year unfortunately," Raymond told RallySport Magazine.
"I have sold the Evo and bought a jet ski!
"I'll have a year or so off and do some driving again soon enough." Quizzed as to whether the jet ski will provide him with the same thrills as a rally car, he added: "Rallying will pull me back, don't worry about that."
