Sloan Cox has broken the outright record in New Zealand’s famous Ashley Forest Rallysprint, held in Rangiora.

Matt Summerfield took the overall victory in his Team Ralliart Mitsubishi Mirage, but Cox put in an impressive drive all weekend, taking second overall.
In the process he broke Kim Austin's 17 year old course record of 56.57. The new record is 55.32.
