AMSAG's return to rallying at the Bulahdelah Rally is now officially oversubscribed as competitors flock to the forests.
With entries capped at 60, all slots are already taken just over a week out from the event.
Organisers have been swift to explain the terms for the reserve entries being received for the July 18 rally.
"Any entries from here on until the close of entries will become reserve entries to be used in case of a crew withdrawal," AMSAG President, Michael Bannon said..
"Any reserves that gain entry through the withdrawal of another entrant will be allocated based upon the order of the receipt of entry."
Heavy rainfall is predicted for the region which may yet wreak havoc on the event's plans.
"We are working on a Plan B for the Service Park in the case that is too wet, but the forests are still accessible.
"It is just a waiting game now to see what happens weather-wise," Bannon added.
More information will be available when it comes available.
