Australia's Chris Atkinson will not contest this month's Rally of New Zealand, despite hoping to drive a second Monster World Rally Team Ford Fiesta alongside American Ken Block.
Atkinson drove for the team at Rally Mexico earlier this season, and had been hoping to raise the funds to contest the New Zealand round of the WRC.
The Queenslander, who currently holds a substantial lead in the Asia Pacific Rally Championship driving a Team MRF Skoda Fabia S2000, also has some sponsor commitments with Skoda Australia around the time that Rally New Zealand will be held.
He still hopes to drive alongside Block at Rally Finland.
