Celebrating Ari Vatanen’s 70th birthday

Ari Vatanen, one of the greatest rally drivers of all time, turned 70 yesterday, bringing back memories of the Flying Finn.

Below are a selection of photos of the great man in action, while the following is a recollection of mine that will stick with me forever. It was pure Vatanen.
