Colin McRae: Is it really 15 years?

I can still feel the numbness. It’s now 15 years since we lost the great Colin McRae, but it’s still hard to believe.

I was at the Great Lakes Rally in New South Wales at the time, doing some work for Toyota at the short-lived ARC round. We sat around the breakfast table trying to take it all in.

At first, the news was unconfirmed, but every indication was that the Flying Scotsman had left us.
