COMMENT: MA miss a trick as prime time Molly stars

Molly Taylor’s performance on the top rating TV show, SAS Australia, continues to impress, but the sport she made her name in has spectacularly failed to leverage off her efforts.

The 2016 Australian Rally Champion is down to the last nine contestants on the show, from a starting line up of 17, but Motorsport Australia and the ARC have remained silent.

If ever there was a chance for motorsport – and rallying in particular – to capitalise on rare prime time television coverage, surely this is it.
