Leading Canberra based IT Company, Netier, is excited to announce its continued support for Canberra’s own Harry Bates.

Netier were Harry’s first ever sponsor and have supported him consecutively over the last four years.

They have also been the naming rights sponsor of Harry’s home rally, the Netier National Capital Rally, for two years.

“Having this much support from Netier for not only myself, but my home rally as well has been amazing. As a business, they have come on board and done great things for my sport in Canberra, on top of all their other community work, which is very inspiring to see” explains Harry Bates.

Harry is widely regarded as Australia’s best up and coming rally driver and is the son of four-time Australian Rally Champion, Neal Bates.

Harry recently won the Colin Board Award for displaying versatility in his driving talents, at the Confederation of Australian Motorsport awards.

This year he will be competing in a Toyota Yaris AP4 with Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia, alongside long-time co-driver, John McCarthy.

Harry will also be joined by a new teammate, younger brother Lewis Bates, who will be piloting an identical Toyota Yaris AP4.

The Canberra pairs’ 2019 Australian Rally Championship (ARC) campaign kicks off in Western Australia on 6 April before, heading back to Canberra for their home rally, the Netier National Capital Rally and Round 2 of the ARC, taking place on May 11.
