The Great Tarmac Rally will be going “back to the future” in 2020, with the reintroduction of a popular road into a famous event's itinerary.
The Eildon-Jamieson Road will feature on the schedule for the Great Tarmac Rally alongside six new stages.
"With 6 new stages, some over 20 kilometres in length, the tally of competitive kilometres over our two-day event climbs to more than a whopping 250!" the Australian Tarmac Rally Championship explained.
Saturday's leg one will see the use of the more traditional course.
Cambarville & Cumberland Junction will return as well as the 37km Reefton Spur stage, run twice.
The Great Tarmac Rally is held only 1.5 hours outside of Melbourne and will run on the 24th and 25th of October.
