2012 and 2013 Australian Rally Champions, Eli Evans and Glen Weston, have confirmed their return to the Australian Rally Championship in 2015 driving for Team Citroen Australia in the DS3-R3.

Commenting on the announcement, team principle Ron Cremen said: “I am very pleased to have Eli and Glen join Team Citroen for next season. The experience and knowledge the pair have of the events can only move the development of the DS3 forward, making the team even more competitive than this year.“

With Citroen only entering one car in the championship for 2015, Cremen also acknowledged team drivers Tony Sullens, Adrian Coppin and co-drivers Julia Barkley and Tim Batten for the team’s performance in 2014.

“2014 was a launching pad for Citroen Australia into the Australian Championship and a large part of the credit goes to the drivers, co-drivers and team mechanics who made it possible. Podium results in every heat of every round was a great credit to all concerned,” Cremen said.

Team Citroen Australia will continue its partnership into 2015 with the support of Citroen Australia, Citroen Racing, Fibertech Medical Australia, Tankformers, Autografika signs and Total Lubricants.

With only five events making up the 2015 Championship, every round will be critical, so the team plans to get down to testing as soon as possible to give the new team members time to acquaint themselves with the machinery.
