The Evans brothers, Simon and Eli, shared the spoils in tonight's two Special Stages at Angaston Oval, giving older brother Simon the overall lead in Toyota Kluger Rally South Australia by just 0.9 of a second over Steve Glenney.

Simon took the honours in the first run around the short track, but was still in second place overall to Glenney.  However, Eli blasted his way around the course the second time, blitzing Simon by 0.2 of a second, and with Glenney 11th fastest, the lead was handed back to TRD's Simon.

Neal Bates, Dean Herridge and Brendan Reeves round out the top five at the end of Heat 1.
