Mount Gambier's Kevin Raedel and Adelaide co-driver, Lisi Philips, are heading to Tasmania for the next round of the Australian Rally Championship. A self-employed mechanic, Raedel has built a new Ford Falcon to contest the ARC2 category. "I've been rallying for over 20 years, so it's a bit of a bucket list thing to be able to contest ARC2," Raedel said. "It's going to be great, I love driving the big Falcon sideways and putting on a show for spectators at events." Their program is supported by a host of local sponsors, and the South East Auto Club, of which he is president. "We can't wait for Tasmania and thank our crew, who have made this possible," Radel said. Subaru Rally Tasmania takes place from July 27 to 29.
