The Full-On Rallysport team of Bruce Fullerton and Hugh Reardon-Smith have committed to the 2010 ARC Premier League with an entry in the first round of the Championship, Rally Tasmania.

Full-On Rallysport have been together as a team since the late 90’s and are one of the most experienced teams in the championship, having moved to the ARC since Bruce won the 1998 Queensland Championship.

The team aims to be competitive in its rallying, but also to enjoy the experience.  “The last time we competed in Tasmania was in the Saxon Safari Rally and it’s good to have the opportunity to return to the island,” explained Bruce. “We haven’t competed on bitumen before, so it will be a new experience.”

Bruce explained that although this bitumen round was not initially on the team’s radar, the opportunity had come up and with service crew of Rob Reddiex and Richard Harris available, the decision was quickly made.

“We have been kindly lent some parts to convert the Fullerton Financial Services Evo 6 to closer to a tarmac specification,” said Bruce, “by fellow Queensland Mitsubishi competitors, so it’s worth us having a go.”

Full-On Rallysport has reverted to a one car operation for 2010, after a couple of seasons supporting Ryan and Rebecca Smart in a similar Evo 6. “This will allow us to attend more events this season,” said Bruce “after a couple of years of one off events.”

The Fullerton Financial Services Evo 6 should be seen at five of ARC rounds in 2010, with the NSW, SA, Queensland and Victorian rounds in the team’s plan.  The car has undergone a refresh after the 2009 season, and the team will be looking for a solid result on the stages around Burnie.
