Heartland happenings: tales from Burra

The Shannons Rally of the Heartland is fast becoming one of the ‘must-do’ events in the country, and with competitor numbers rising and increased support from those around the event, it shows no sign of slowing down.

RallySport Magazine attended the event for the second year running and was again impressed with the scenery and the high-quality entrants making the trip a couple of hours north of Adelaide.

In all, 57 cars competed in the rally. From Datsun 240Ks to Honda Civics, it was a list of variety.
