How can we explain Breen’s change in fortunes?

What do we make of Craig Breen’s resurrection as a world class rally driver at Rally Sweden, just months after he was a broken man?

The 2022 season was an unmitigated disaster for the Irishman. He took two podiums for M-Sport Ford, but also had to use the SuperRally re-start rules seven times after a wave of crashes left him devoid of confidence – and a full time job.
