Jari-Matti Latvala just loves rallying, and showed that he still has plenty to give the sport when he drove a Celica GT-Four in a Finnish rally last weekend. Latvala had former works driver, Juho Hanninen, calling the pace notes in the SM O.K. Auto Ralli, where they finished fifth outright in JML's ST165 Celica. He finished only two minutes and 28 seconds behind rally winner, Emil Lindholm, in a Skoda Fabia Rally2 eve.
"We had such a great fun today with Juho! Our Toyota Celica was perfect and we finish 5th of the overall classification and we won the historic class! 👌🏼" the popular Finn said.
Skoda Fabia's took six of the top seven places, with only Latvala splitting their dominance. While the WRC was firing back into action in nearby Estonia, 103 competitors competed in the Auto Ralli. There were 63 finishers and 40 who did not finish. See the full Auto Ralli results HERE.
