The New South Wales and Victorian rounds of the 2009 Australian Rally Championship are expected to be announced shortly, following further consultation with the various interested parties, according to CAMS Rally Manager, Campbell Andrea.
Although no details have been released of which events have put in applications for the rounds, Andrea said that there were a number of proposals under consideration.
Next year’s ARC has been expanded from six events to seven, with the Manufacturers Championship also incorporating Repco Rally Australia. It will kick off with the tarmac Rally Tasmania in February.
