Very little specific news has been released about when details of the 2017 World Rally Cars will officially be announced.

Citroen is showing their concept version of the C3 WRC at the Paris Salon, but exphasise that this will not be the final version of the car.

Hyundai state there have been no recent decisions.  The launch is expected to be at the beginning of December, but no decision on the location and the car name has been made.

M-Sport says nothing has been decided and the name will not be known until the new version production on which the car is based has been introduced to the public.

VW say that everything is expected to wait till December.  And about Toyota, there is secrecy.  There is no press relations service for the team, although a test car will be on display for two days at the Paris Salon.
