Road closure officials are in most demand to ensure that all stages can be conducted safely.
The event will be staged on the Saturday, October 18 during daylight hours and, whilst an early start is envisaged for some officials, the day will finish by late afternoon.
The rally will be based in and around the picturesque town of Marysville, just over an hour from Melbourne.
