While WRC leaders Thierry Neuville has signed a three year extension until the end of 2021, Sebastien Ogier has indicated his decision on next year is also imminent.
Ogier, a five-time World Rally Champion, has declared he wants only one more contract in his career, without saying how long a contract he would like.
“I haven’t taken my decision yet. It’s getting close," he said at Rally Turkey.
"Maybe next week or the week after I will make my decision.”
Toyota's Jari-Matti Latvala also indicated that his contract for 2019 would be revealed soon.
