PODCAST: Max McRae’s European championship debut

Max McRae and co-driver Mac Kierans had an up-and-down weekend in Poland as they kickstarted their Junior European Rally Championship campaign.
After a strong second-fastest stage time on the opening Super Special Stage of the rally, the pair then struggled with electrical issues in their Opel Corsa Rally4.
It was a long, frustrating weekend for McRae, and despite the issues faced, he was happy for the pace he showed and the experience he gained.
RallySport Magazine’s Luke Whitten chats to the teenager in the second half of the podcast to look back at his 2022 Australian program and forward to what lies ahead in the immediate future.
