Pure Motorsport’s Rally SA coverage
- 9th December 2009, 3:56pm
Following on from successful live broadcasts in 2008 and 2009, 2010 will see Pure Motorsport provide extensive online coverage of Scouts Rally SA, including live coverage of all the action from the Angaston Super Special Stage. In addition, video on demand interviews, in car footage, and stage action will all be available first on www.puremotorsport.tv.
Scouts Rally SA Clerk of Course Ivar Stanelis welcomes Pure Motorsport, saying “Having Pure Motorsport on board as a sponsor of our event is fantastic. These guys represent the next big thing in media for motorsport and streaming the event live to the internet is a massive bonus for the event and for rally fans worldwide. Everyone benefits from freely available information, including our sponsors.”
While Pure Motorsport has only been established for two years, the emerging Adelaide company has already developed a solid track record for extensive online coverage of motorsport events. The team has provided in depth coverage for national rounds of the Australian Rally Championship and Shannons Nationals, as well as state-level events in both SA and Victoria.
“2009 saw our coverage take a huge leap, and we have worked hard to improve in every area. Our home ARC round, Scouts Rally SA, has always been a great supporter of live internet broadcasting. It is great that we are able to give back and showcase this great event to the world.” explains Pure Motorsport Team Principal Ryan Jones.
Scouts Rally SA, Round 5 of the 2010 Australian Rally Championship and Round 3 of the 2010 South Australian Rally Championship, will be held 25-27 June 2010.
