Quinn and co-driver Naomi Tillett finished ahead of veteran racer Steve Millen and rally driver Glenn Inkster.
Quinn becomes the most successful driver in the event's 16 year history.
Quinn and Tillett will now tackled this week's Victorian-based Targa High Country, driving their Australian Nissan GT-R.
