The Special Stage and DustTrails podcasts will join the MPN this month, opening both podcasts and rallying in general to a wider audience via their new home.

The Special Stage Podcast is a regular offering bringing rallying fans the latest in news and event coverage, while DustTrails is a longer-form interview podcast that talks with some of the biggest names in rallying.

Previously only available to paid subscribers, DustTrails will now be available free for listeners to tune in via MPN on their favourite podcast platform.

“Our passion for rallying is deep-rooted and our number one goal has always been to promote the sport to a wider audience,” Peter Whitten said.

“The Special Stage and DustTrails podcasts becoming available on the Motorsport Podcast Network will open the door to more motorsport fans that we’re sure will join us as rally fans in no time.

“We’re excited for what the future with Aaron and the team has in store.”

DustTrails talks with some of rallying's greats, including New Zealand co-driver John Kennard.

The DustTrails back catalogue of episodes includes interviews with Ross Dunkerton, Chris Atkinson, Cody Crocker, Michael Guest, Molly Taylor, Wayne Bell, Dean Herridge and many more, with a range of new episodes to come during 2024.

“We have a vision for the Motorsport Podcast Network as embracing all forms of the sport and elevating specialist motorsport podcast offerings to a broader range of listeners,” says MPN’s Aaron Noonan.

“The Whittens have been a staple of rallying publishing in this country for over three decades, they’re passionate and experienced and we’re really pleased to bring them into the Motorsport Podcast Network family and help amplify rallying to a wider audience.”

The Motorsport Podcast Network is the home of an ever-growing catalogue of motorsport podcast content, including the weekly award-winning V8 Sleuth Podcast powered by Castrol and Motorsport News Podcast.

RallySport Magazine’s website will remain unchanged, with plenty of news, event reports and feature content available daily for subscribers.
