On Thursday, several crews put their cars to the test, with two shakedown stages available to drivers, in the Kowen forest, east of Canberra.
The drawcard was the debut of the new GR Yaris AP4, which had its first official outing in the forest.
An extensive field of 51 cars will begin Canberra’s Netier National Capital Rally this Saturday morning, with crews set to tackle 158 kilometres competitive.
