Rotary Hoed: NZ’s favourite gravel shifter

If there was an award for NZ’s favourite rally car, Marcus van Klink’s triple-rotor Mazda RX8 would go close to winning it.

After successfully running a Group B replica Mazda RX7 for several seasons, van Klink went down the RX8 route. His 2006 model RX8 was purchased in 2016 and built by the Buist boys at Palmside in Christchurch.
