Australia’s premier rally championship has a new naming rights partner and will now be known as the RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship (ARC) in 2020. The partnership was unveiled in Canberra today, with 2019 Champion Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia’s Harry Bates, alongside brother and runner up Lewis Bates, and 2020 challenger AGI Sport’s Luke Anear visiting RSEA Safety’s Fyshwick store to celebrate the new agreement. RSEA Safety is the largest independent safety business in the country. RSEA Safety has more than 50 retail Superstores. RSEA Safety’s Chief Operating Officer Terry Spyrides said: "The new partnership was a terrific opportunity for the brand to continue to promote its safety credentials and further extend their footprint in regional centres".
“We first opened our doors in 1993 here in Australia and since then we have provided customers with great service and have become a one stop safety shop,” Spyrides said.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to be the naming rights partner for the RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship in 2020 and can’t wait for the first round in Canberra in just a few weeks’ time.” “The ARC visits some really great communities as part of its 2020 calendar, meaning we can directly link our involvement through activations at our local stores, as well as using our national network to further promote rallying to a new audience.”

Motorsport Australia CEO, Eugene Arocca, was proud RSEA Safety had chosen to support the ARC, and saw plenty of synergy between the ARC and RSEA Safety’s offerings.
“We are thrilled to welcome RSEA Safety as the naming rights partner for the RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship this season,” Arocca said.
“RSEA Safety provides a wide range of products and services, and of course many of our officials and team crews will also benefit from this partnership, given their roles require safety gear stocked by RSEA Safety’s Superstores. “We’d like to thank RSEA Safety for their support and look forward to a huge 2020 of rallying action together.” Round one of the RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship, the Netier National Capital Rally, takes place on 21-22 March. The event includes a free Super Special Stage on Saturday afternoon, before crews tackle Canberra’s surrounding forests on Sunday, with free spectating all day. Check out RSAE's website HERE.
