Classified Advertising conditions
RallySportMag.com.au classifieds provides only the advertising space for sellers and does not take any responsibility for the contents of any particular advertisement.
Both private sellers and trade suppliers (businesses) are permitted to list an item for sale.
In order to place a classified advertisement on RallySportMag.com.au you are required to register on the site. By registering, you agree to receive our weekly e-newsletter.
RallySportMag.com.au values your privacy and will not trade, swap or sell your personal details.
Advertising costs
$9.90* per advertisement per month.
All costs are in Australian dollars. *RallySportMag.com.au is not registered for GST, therefore advertisement costs are GST exclusive.
Payment of Advertisements
All advertisements are to be pre-paid via Paypal at the time of submitting the advertisement. Should your advertisement be deemed to be inappropriate and is not published on RallySportMag.com.au, a refund may be available at the discretion of RallySportMag.com.au.
Classified Advertisement information
It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure all information relating to the product for sale they list is correct and accurate. Any misleading or false content in an advertisement will be immediately removed.
Images
RallySportMag.com.au Classifieds accepts no legal liability of images posted and is not liable for unauthorised use of photos. It is up to the individual advertiser to ensure they have permission to use any photos published with the advertisement.
Links in advertisements
Links to external websites are not permitted and all links will be removed from the advertisement prior to it being published on RallySportMag.com.au.
Buying and Selling via RallySportMag.com.au classifieds
It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to complete the transaction of the sale. RallySportMag.com.au will not be held responsible for any additional costs relating to the sale including (but not limited to) postage, freight and insurance. Advertisement items listed may not include these additional costs, therefore the buyer should consult with the seller regarding these matters.
RallySportMag.com.au accepts no responsibility for an item that is lost in transit, shipping or postage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to seek their own insurance if they wish to protect their purchase.
RallysportMag.com.au encourages buyers to confirm the legitimacy of any goods purchased before going ahead with the sale.
Inappropriate content
All advertisements will be moderated by RallySportMag.com.au before being published. Any advertisements containing inappropriate or misleading content will not be published.
