Taking place on 21-23 May, the second round of the RSEA Safety Motorsport Australia Rally Championship will see Australia’s best rally drivers do battle in and around the forests surrounding Gympie.

With 12 stages taking place across the weekend and six on each day, fans will be able to view the spectacular cars in action from two spectator point in the Brooyar region.

On Saturday, Brooyar West will be the event’s first stage, with the first car to go by at 9:04am local time, while crews will pass again for the rally’s fourth stage from 12:47pm.

The ARC crews will return to the region on Sunday for SS7 and SS10, only this time running the first Brooyar East stage around 8:27am and the second pass at 12:03pm.

All fans can enter the spectator points for free but must register for a free ticket for contact tracing purposes.

Spectators are advised that for Saturday’s spectator point, low-profile cars are not suitable given the access roads. A vehicle with high ground-clearance should be able to access the spectator point. Spectators are advised to monitor conditions and follow instructions of any officials while commuting to and from spectating at the designated points.

Of course the two spectator points won’t be the only opportunity for fans to see the cars, with the “Emery Engineering & Electrical Service Park” located within the Gympie Showgrounds also open to the general public during the event – giving fans a chance to see the cars and drivers up close at multiple points throughout each day.

The 2021 Accent Benchtops Rally Queensland takes place in Gympie on 21-23 May.
