The ninth place finish at the recent Rally Victoria has capped off Full-On Rallysport’s most successful season in the ARC.

The team of Bruce Fullerton and Hugh Reardon-Smith entered the Evo 6 in 5 rounds of the 2010 ARC: Tasmania, Coffs Harbour NSW, Rally SA, Rally QLD and Rally Victoria.

“This season we have finished every kilometre of every stage of the five rounds of the ARC that we entered in 2010,” said Bruce Fullerton, “and on every event we have finished inside the top 10, this is a great result for us.”

“We have been well supported by our service crew of Rob Reddiex and Richard Harris,” said Bruce “with the result that the Fullerton Financial Services Mitsubishi Evo 6 has completed every event.”

The team has improved through the year finding more pace and closing the gap to their main competitors in the Premier League section, as well as closing the gap to the top runners in the ARC.  This has been shown with a steady improvement in the seeding through the year.

“With our maintenance program, we have made the Evo 6 fully reliable this year,” said Bruce, “and despite our improved pace we have had no major problems, no unexpected work for our service crew, and no panel damage to the car, it’s been a great year.”

This has resulted in Bruce and Hugh finishing 10th outright in the Australian Championship, and 2nd outright in both the Premier League and Privateers Championship.

The Fullerton Financial Services sponsored team will almost certainly compete in 2011, but in what rallies and what car are yet to be finalised.
