The first pictures of Suzuki's first World Rally Car, the SX4, have been released, showing the car undergoing tests at the Ryuou test track, in Japan.
No inforation was released about the date of the test or the specification of the car, but it is known that the driver was the team chief Nobuhiro 'Monster' Tajima.
Suzuki also confirmed that its FIA World Rally Championship programme was running on time, but that initially meant that the program would start with the muted 2007/2008 championship, which the FIA have now overlooked.
It is not know whether the team's plans will now be re-assessed, now that the traditional calendar format will be utilised from next year.
