With 11 Rally1 cars on the entry list, the field is strong, but the absence of both French masters gives an even greater opportunity for some other drivers to make a name for themselves.
Will we see further dominance from the flying young Finn, Kalle Rovanpera? He seems unstoppable at the moment. Or will we see the re-emergence of Ott Tanak or Elfyn Evans? Both have struggled for speed so far in 2022.
Only four WRC cars finished the 2021 event, so if history is anything to go by, getting to the end without issues is likely to give a good result.
It could be someone completely unexpected.
