The Pacific Cup consists of three rounds of the Asia Pacific Rally Championship and starts with Rally Whangarei in New Zealand from July 2 - 4. Rally Whangarei is also a round of the New Zealand Rally Championship, and both Reeves and Smyth have competed in the event for the last two years. In 2009, Reeves finished third outright in the rally driving a leased car.
The brother and sister pair will then head to Queensland on July 30 for Rally Queensland, a round of the Australian Rally Championship. The duo have both competed in this rally in 2007 and 2009, and in 2009 Reeves won the Australian Pirelli Star Driver title at this event.
The final round of the Pacific Cup Rally Championship will take Reeves and Smyth to New Caledonia from August 27 – 29 for Rally New Caledonia. Neither of the pair have ever competed in New Caledonia and they are very excited about expanding their international careers to another region.
Reeves will drive his Subaru Impreza WRX STI in all three events.
