Tyler survives 2WD rally of attrition in Canberra

Guy Tyler’s Mitsubishi Magna may have been the most unlikely winner, but the South Australian did it in style in the ARC 2WD Cup.

The opening round of the series promised plenty at the National Capital Rally, but after just two stages three of the main protagonists had retired.

That is to take nothing away from Tyler and co-driver, Zayne Admiral, who won an impressive eight of 13 stages in their V6 engined, front-wheel drive 'family car'.
