Walkden inducted into Tassie Hall of Fame

Tasmanian rallying great, Les Walkden, has deservedly been inducted into the Tasmanian Motorsport Hall of Fame, at a ceremony at Symmons Plains.

A real icon of Australian motorsport, Walkden has been a key player in the Australian Rally Championship over several decades as both a competitor and a team owner.

The following profile on Walkden was prepared by another Tasmanian motorsport great, Barry Oliver.
